Welcome to Nana Exotic. By purchasing from or engaging with Nana Exotic, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, animal welfare, and a premium experience for all our customers.
1. Shipping & Delivery
* Nana Exotic ships live fish and birds across India, subject to regional regulations and weather conditions.
* All shipments are carefully planned to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of the animals.
* For avian orders, doorstep delivery is available at an additional cost, which will be communicated clearly prior to confirmation.
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payments & Order Confirmation
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available.
* All payments must be completed in full prior to the departure of any fish or bird.
* Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by the Nana Exotic team.
3. Live on Arrival (LOA) Guarantee
* Nana Exotic provides a Live on Arrival Guarantee for all live shipments.
* To be eligible for any claim or grievance under this guarantee, the customer must share a clear, continuous, and unedited video of the unboxing immediately upon delivery.
* The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the fish or bird.
* Claims submitted without proper video evidence will not be eligible under the LOA policy.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
* All sales are final. Items once bought cannot be returned or exchanged.
* In the rare event that a fish or bird paid for by the customer is found to be unhealthy or damaged prior to dispatch, Nana Exotic will:
* Clearly communicate the condition to the customer, and
* Offer a full refund for the affected product.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the stipulated processing time.
5. Health, Quality & Quarantine
* All fish and birds undergo mandatory quarantine and health observation prior to sale.
* Nana Exotic follows strict quality control and ethical handling practices to ensure only healthy specimens are shipped.
* Despite best practices, live animals may respond differently to transit stress, temperature changes, or new environments, which is beyond our control once delivery is completed successfully.
6. Customer Responsibility
* Customers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate knowledge, setup, and permissions (if required) to house exotic fish or birds.
* Nana Exotic is not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation, habitat setup, or post-delivery care.
7. Communication & Support
* All important updates regarding health status, dispatch, delivery, or delays will be communicated transparently by the Nana Exotic team.
* By placing an order, customers agree to maintain respectful and timely communication to help resolve any concerns efficiently.
8. Policy Updates
* Nana Exotic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
* Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being published on our website.
